Welcome to MyClub. By using our platform and mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

MyClub is a club management platform that provides:

  • Member directory and profile management
  • Activity planning and attendance tracking
  • Committee organization and management
  • Internal messaging between members
  • Push notifications for activities and messages

3. Beta Program

MyClub is currently in a development phase. The first 25 clubs to register are invited to participate in our beta program:

  • Free access to all features during the beta period
  • We value your feedback to help improve the platform
  • New features may be added or modified during this period

Beta participants help shape the future of MyClub by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

4. Future Pricing

After the development period, a subscription fee may apply:

  • Beta participants will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing takes effect
  • Pricing will be kept affordable, estimated at a few euros per user per year
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before pricing takes effect

5. User Accounts

When using MyClub, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to MyClub. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display that content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will try to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using MyClub at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Club administrators may request data export before account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of MyClub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
