We continuously implement appropriate security measures to limit abuse and unauthorized access to personal data. All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Location

Your data is stored on servers located in Amsterdam, Netherlands (European Union), hosted by DigitalOcean. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications to your device. Data about club members will never be provided to other third parties without consent, except when legally required.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • View your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request data portability
  • Object to data processing

8. Mobile Application

The MyClub iOS application accesses the same data as the web platform. The app stores authentication tokens securely in the device's keychain and caches minimal user data locally for performance purposes.

9. Device Permissions

The mobile app may request the following optional permissions:

  • Push Notifications: To receive notifications about activities and messages, the app requests permission to send push notifications. Your device token is stored on our servers to deliver notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
  • Calendar Access: To add activities to your personal calendar, the app may request access to your device calendar. This permission is optional and only used when you explicitly choose to add an activity to your calendar. No calendar data is sent to our servers.

All permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings at any time.
